  • wax and sealants
  • mobile detailing

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, vehicle condition, technician assessment, weather conditions for mobile work, and operational capacity.

Estimates and Pricing

All prices shown on the website are starting prices or general pricing estimates unless clearly stated otherwise. The website already notes that pricing may change based on vehicle size, condition, and the overall level of detailing required.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including:

  • vehicle size or type
  • interior or exterior condition
  • excessive dirt, staining, pet hair, sand, mold, smoke, or biohazards
  • oxidation, paint condition, or correction requirements
  • add-ons or specialty requests
  • travel requirements for mobile service
  • oversized, lifted, commercial, marine, RV, or specialty vehicles

If additional work is needed beyond the original quote or booking selection, we may contact you for approval before proceeding where reasonably practical.

Booking and Appointments

Customers may request or book services through our website, booking system, phone, email, or other approved channels.

By booking with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • your name
  • contact details
  • vehicle type
  • service address for mobile appointments, where applicable
  • requested services
  • any material condition issues that may affect service time, pricing, or results

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel an appointment where necessary due to safety, access issues, severe vehicle condition, incorrect booking information, weather, staffing limitations, or other reasonable operational concerns.

Mobile Service Conditions

For mobile appointments, the customer is responsible for providing a reasonably safe and accessible work environment. This may include sufficient access to the vehicle, legal parking, and a suitable location for service.

If utility access is required for a specific service, the customer must ensure appropriate access is available unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We may refuse or reschedule mobile services where conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unlawful, or likely to compromise service quality.

Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers must disclose, to the best of their knowledge, any relevant vehicle condition issues before service, including but not limited to:

  • excessive staining
  • mold or mildew
  • bodily fluids, blood, vomit, or hazardous waste
  • pest or insect infestation
  • strong smoke or chemical odors
  • damaged trim, loose parts, failing paint, or sensitive finishes

Additional charges, service limitations, or refusal of service may apply for heavily contaminated or hazardous vehicles.

Results Disclaimer

Detailing is a cosmetic service, not a guarantee of complete restoration. While we strive for excellent results, some conditions may not be fully correctable, including:

  • permanent staining
  • etched or heavily scratched surfaces
  • faded trim
  • paint defects
  • odor saturation
  • pre-existing damage
  • wear consistent with age or prior misuse

No statement on the website or in communication should be interpreted as a guarantee that every defect can be fully removed.

Pre-Existing Damage

DMAC Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, defective materials, prior repairs, weak trim, failing paint, cracked leather, loose components, aftermarket modifications, or hidden defects that may become visible during or after cleaning or correction.

Customers are encouraged to advise us of any known fragile or damaged areas before service begins.

Ceramic Coatings, Paint Correction, and Specialty Services

Paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, and similar specialty services may vary in result depending on the age, condition, and history of the vehicle.

Any durability timelines, maintenance expectations, or aftercare instructions provided by DMAC Detailing are estimates and depend on real-world use, maintenance, storage conditions, and environmental exposure.

Customer Property

Customers should remove valuables, cash, electronics, documents, firearms, and personal items from the vehicle before service. DMAC Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in the vehicle, except to the extent required by law.

Pickup and Drop-Off Services

Where pickup and return services are offered, customers authorize DMAC Detailing to move or transport the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the requested service. Customers must ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, legally operable, insured as required, and safe to drive.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to require a deposit, prepayment, card authorization, or booking confirmation payment for certain services, premium packages, specialty jobs, or high-demand appointment slots.

Unpaid balances may result in delayed vehicle release, appointment cancellation, refusal of future service, or collection efforts where permitted by law.

Deposits, Cancellations, and No-Shows

  • Deposits, if collected, are applied toward the total service price.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable or partially refundable if cancellation occurs within [24/48 hours] of the appointment, if the technician is already en route, or if the customer fails to appear.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety issues, illness, equipment failure, or other operational reasons.

Satisfaction and Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify DMAC Detailing within [24–48 hours] of service completion so we have a fair opportunity to review the concern and, where appropriate, address it.

Any corrective work offered is at DMAC Detailing’s discretion and will depend on the nature of the issue and the condition of the vehicle.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
